Bog of the Black Mass

In 1944 Louisiana, a battle-scarred sailor follows a crude Spanish map into a moss-choked swamp to find a fabled treasure—only to awaken a curse guarded by a furtive Satanic cult. With ration cards, radio newsreels of distant fronts and superstition as his only compass, he uncovers a conspiracy tying local magnates and an occult brotherhood to wartime profiteering. As cypress roots conceal blood-soaked rites, the hunt becomes a duel of bullets and black liturgy—where victory may demand a soul.
