Chrono Noir: The Meltdown

In 1974, hard-boiled PI Jack Marlowe is hired to find a missing physicist whose backyard lab—an experimental time machine—has begun to 'bleed' histories into a smog-choked city. Neon and vacuum tubes fracture into 1920s jazz alleys and future cold neon; reel-to-reel tapes and suspicious White House whispers trail a cover-up. As warped clocks stutter toward meltdown, Marlowe chases a femme fatale through overlapping eras, unearthing a paranoid conspiracy that could erase tonight's headlines. With the machine overheating, he must choose between saving a woman and stopping time itself before the city rewrites its dirty past.
